Gradis is built from square blocks that sit low on a slim steel plinth, so the whole arrangement reads as one continuous line just clear of the floor. At the end of that line the arm opens into a leather-wrapped rack — shelves at seat height, reachable from where you are already sitting, so books and a glass stay off the floor without pulling a side table in.
