Light On Its Legs

Onyx keeps to 940mm deep and 860mm tall, so it holds a wall without crowding the room in front of it. The seat sits at 485mm — low enough to drop into, high enough to leave without thinking about it. It comes as a single seat at 980mm, a two-seat at 1760mm, or the 2210mm three-seat shown here, so the same line works in a snug or along a long wall.

Level Rail

Arms and back run round at one unbroken height, with the seat and back cushions sitting proud above it, so the whole sofa reads as a single low block rather than a set of parts.

Slim Arm

Each arm is one upright panel, far narrower than the seat it carries, with a single piped seam down its edge — enough to lean into, and none of the width given away.

Soft Pile

The upholstery carries a short pile that shifts tone under the hand and holds whatever light is in the room, so no two ends of the seat quite read the same.
